Missing or damaged items, lost orders: Please contact us immediately if any of the items in your order are missing or damaged, or if your order does not arrive within ten business days. We cannot replace lost orders that someone else receives on your behalf.

We are so confident that you will become one of our satisfied long-term customers that we wonder if this page is even necessary.   However, if you are not completely and unconditionally satisfied with the products purchased from our Website, simply return them for a full refund.

We are unable to process returns or refunds for products that are received after 30 days of purchase (US only). Sorry, no returns on International orders. Refunds & exchanges valued at over $300 USD, are not available.  Only one item from a multi-item-purchase of a product (2 or more) may be returned or exchanged.  Please review your purchase carefully before completing transaction. Please include original invoice and unused product (must be at least 90% of original contents). We cannot refund shipping charges. Please contact us before returning your order.
